Harassed by in-laws & husband over infertility, woman ends life
Barmer: In a tragic incident that has been reported from rural police station area in Barmer, the police informed that a 21-years-old woman, Bhanwari, had ended her life by consuming poison. She took the extreme step after being allegedly harassed by her in-laws and husband Jagdeesh for not conceiving.
The now-deceased woman, died during treatment at government hospital in Barmer on Sunday late evening. Bhanwari got married to Jagdish around three years ago, a resident of Bothiyan Purohitaan village. Police said that on basis of the compliant by deceased family case under section 498 and 304 has been lodged.
