Man arrested for posting morphed photo of Sonia

Pratapgarh: The Pratapgarh Police have arrested a man for allegedly posting an edited photo of Former National President of Congress Sonia Gandhi on social media and making objectionable comments. Police informed the accused has been identified as Bipin Kumar Singh Shandilya, a resident of Lakhisarai in Bihar. “The accused has been living in Delhi for a long time. On March 3, 2023, an FIR was filed by one Lata Sharma stating that Bipin Kumar posted an edited photo of Sonia Gandhi on Twitter and made objectionable comments,” police said. “Based on technical inputs, the accused was arrested from Delhi and is being interrogated. During the investigation, it was revealed that the accused is habitual of making objectionable comments about people,” police added.
