Police nab dacoit Keshav Gurjar following encounter

Dholpur: Police nabbed notorious bandit Keshav Gurjar on Monday after an encounter. Keshav was injured due to a bullet injury in his right leg. His 2 other accomplices escaped from the Dang area.

The police have also recovered a weapon from Keshav’s possession. The police admitted the injured to the a district hospital for treatment. The entire operation was led by Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Singh.

The SP said that on Sunday, information was received about Keshav hiding in the Sone Ka Gurja area. After this, Bari Circle Police, DST and other police teams launched an intensive search operation and had an encounter with Keshav on Monday and several rounds of firing took place.In this encounter, he was injured by being shot in his leg.
