Police post incharge held for taking Rs 6K bribe

Dungarpur: The Dungarpur ACB team arrested Ishwarlal Kharadi, in-charge of Deval police station of Sadar police station, red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs 6,000 on Friday. He had demanded a bribe from the complainant in lieu of not making another accused in a case of assault and not confiscating the bike. Deputy Superintendent incharge of Dungarpur ACB, Heramb Joshi said that on Feb 6, Thawar Chand, resident of Barka Fala Deval, had registered a complaint that a case of assault was registered against his nephews Vishal, Karan, Vishnu Hardik, and Lokesh at the Sadar police station.
