4 panels for Nirogi Rajasthan drive

Jaipur: Not wasting time in realising his dream to make Rajasthan a healthier state, CM Ashok Gehlot has constituted four different committees for implementation of ‘Nirogi Rajasthan’ campaign.

In a clear sign of his concern for people’s health which is his top most priority, the move comes within just three days of his meeting with health minister and top officials of medical & health department. In the meeting it was decided to launch ‘Nirogi Rajasthan’ campaign to create public awareness towards better health.

The state-wide campaign would kick start during the first anniversary of Gehlot government. The campaign would focus on population control, women health, adolescent health, pollution and adulteration. During the campaign, people will be informed about prevention and cure from various seasonal and lifestyle diseases. They would also be made aware about immunization and geriatric care.
