Poonia accuses Cong of making false promises in its manifesto

Sikar: BJP state president Satish Poonia was on a one day tour to Sikar on Sunday. In the morning, he inaugurated the hospitality facility of ex-district president Hariram Ranwa.

Later he visited ex-BJP corporator Vimla Tiwadi’s house to condole her death. Late Vimla Tiwadi was the maternal aunt of veteran Ghanshyam Tiwadi and grand mother of ABVP’s state organization secretary Arjun Tiwadi.

Poonia was welcomed at many places during his visit by a large number of BJP party functionaries. Talking to the media Poonia said that the assembly session starting on Monday will see discussions on burning issues like CAA, Farmer Loan Waiver, Unemployment Allowance, Locust Attacks and the Infant deaths in Kota.

Poonia charged the Congress govt of discarding its own Jan Ghoshna Patra by increasing the electricity tariffs. He said that the Congress was going back on its promise of no tariff revision for a full 5-year tenure. He ensured the people that his party will take up these issues not only in the assembly but also on roads. MP Sumedhanad Saraswati, Ex MLA Ratanlal Jagdhari, Bhanwarlal Verma, Rajkumari Sharma, Girdhari Maharaj, and Uma Saini were among other prominent party functionaries present.
