To boost firing capability, BSF holds weapon competition

Jaipur: Five-day Frontier Battalion Support Weapon Competition kick-started from Monday onwards. On the first day, BSF’s Kishangarh field firing near the Pakistani border adjoining Jaisalmer echoed with loud blasts of the firing of mortar, MMG and other weapons.

In order to boost the BSF’s firing capability, the sharpshooters of BSF deployed along the borders of Bangladesh and Pakistan are showing their strength by taking on unmistakable targets at the competition.

BSF is going to demonstrate its firepower capability from February 3-7 in Kishangarh field firing range adjoining Jaisalmer.

Under the directions of Inspector General of Rajasthan Frontier Amit Lodha, more than 700 officers and personnel of all the 11 frontiers of the Paramilitary Force Border Security Force deployed along the borders of Pakistan-Bangladesh are participating.

In the 50th Inter Frontier Support Weapon Shooting Competition 2019-20, the participating frontiers are
displaying immense fire-power.
