Towards a Nirogi Rajasthan: City gets two more Janta Clinics

Jaipur: Health Minister Raghu Sharma on Saturday dedicated two Janta clinics to ensure success of CM Ashok Gehlot’s ‘Nirogi Rajasthan’. Gehlot had already dedicated the first Janta clinic in Valmiki Nagar of Jaipur. Now two new facilities have come up in Van Viahr on Delhi by pass and Azad Nagar on Jawahar Nagar by pass.

This is in series of 100 such clinics to bring PHC level health facilities to common people near them. Janta clinic boasting of 1 MD level doctor, 2 nurses, 1 pharmacist and 1 ANM will not only ensure vaccination but various medical investigations also apart from routine illness. Sharma said that with induction of 737 doctors, and 15000 nursing staff there will be no shortage of medical staff. He charged the BJP govt at Centre of simply pursuing useless agenda of CAA and NRC. He claimed that execution of NRC will be impossible as majority in the country isn’t aware of their ancestor’s names properly.

He informed people that once a person visits a Janta clinic, he will get a health card after which all one has to do is to remember the reference number to ensure treatment even without old prescription as the whole system has been computerised. Sharma said that the CM wants a disease free and healthy Rajasthan. Janta clinics will also distribute 300 types of free medicines. MLA Rafiq Khan and CMHO Narottam Sharma were also present. Sharma will be on tour of Dudu today.
