Jaipur: The response to e-auctions of the Rajasthan Housing Board is turning out to be highly successful. The concluding day of the second phase of the online auctions registered a sale of 190 flats taking the overall tally to 317. Overall, the Board has sold 358 flats till now and earned Rs 70 crore. On Monday, the e-auction was conducted for Ajmer, Beawar, Kishangarh and Nasirabad cities,wherein, 129 flats were sold during the first three days.
The third phase of house auctions has also started, which apart from Indira Gandhi Nagar area of Jaipur, would also focus on Dausa & Kotputli. The Housing Board Commissioner, Pawan Arora reached Indira Gandhi Nagar on Monday and took stock of the preparations & directed the officers to ensure seamless experience for bidders. The bidders who have already deposited EMD for the third phase will be reminded on call, he said.
